Unless you cancel, your subscription becomes paid and renews monthly. If payment is unsuccessful, access follows the existing payment grace and read-only periods; manage your payment method in billing settings.
Yes, within your plan’s active-user limit: Essential includes 1 user, Growth up to 5, and Scale up to 15. Growth and Scale include team invitations and role-based access.
Paddle securely handles new RenoCue subscription checkout and recurring monthly payments. The workspace owner can manage payment details and cancellation from Settings → Billing. Your RenoCue subscription is separate from payments you collect from homeowners.
