Cookies and browser storage

Cookie Policy

How RenoCue uses browser storage to keep you signed in and help you finish setting up your workspace.

Essential cookies

RenoCue uses authentication cookies to maintain your sign-in session and support secure access to your workspace. Blocking or deleting these cookies can sign you out or prevent authenticated features from working.

Onboarding progress

We store your onboarding draft in this browser’s local storage, separately for your account, so a refresh does not erase your entries. Completed steps are also saved to your account so you can resume on another device. These details do not activate a subscription or grant workspace access.

You can remove the device copy by clearing this site’s browser data. Avoid entering business details on a shared device unless you are comfortable storing them there.

Third-party services

Sign-in, security checks, and billing may involve services such as Google, Cloudflare Turnstile, Supabase, and Paddle. These services may use their own cookies or browser storage when you interact with them, under their own policies. RenoCue does not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices

Your browser settings let you inspect and delete cookies and local storage, or restrict future storage. Restrictions may affect sign-in, checkout, or saved setup progress. See our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle your information, or contact us with questions.
