One guided path

Move the sale forward without running the whole company.

RenoCue starts where the contractor is ready to sell. It keeps the homeowner decision, commercial record, and next step connected—without becoming scheduling, payroll, dispatch, or inventory software.

STEP 01

Build the proposal

Turn site notes into clear scope, packages, add-ons, and a reviewed investment.

STEP 02

Guide the choice

Give homeowners one secure link to compare options and approve what fits.

STEP 03

Lock the agreement

Create a versioned agreement from the approved proposal and capture consent.

STEP 04

Confirm the commitment

Track the signed record and route the homeowner to the configured deposit method.

From quote to clear choice

Stop asking homeowners to decode an estimate.

Present the project as an organized decision: what is included, how the options differ, which upgrades are available, and what commitment comes next.

One homeowner link

A clear next step on every screen.

The homeowner experience stays focused on the project in front of them. Secure links can expire, be revoked, and be replaced when the contractor needs tighter control.

  • Responsive proposal and signing experience
  • Package and add-on totals calculated consistently
  • Agreement and change-order records remain separate
  • Payment status comes from verified provider events

Security by structure

Confidence needs more than a polished screen.

RenoCue separates contractor workspaces at the database and keeps sensitive provider credentials on the server. Public decision links expose only the records needed for that exact action.

Tenant-isolated data

Database policies keep each contractor workspace separated from every other business.

Revocable secure links

Homeowner links use random tokens, expiry controls, and server-side validation.

Verified activity trail

Important approvals, signatures, revisions, and payment events retain their history.

Security controls reduce risk but do not replace the contractor's legal, privacy, retention, payment-provider, and account-security responsibilities.

Practical answers

Know what RenoCue is—and what it is not.

The product stays focused so contractors can adopt it without replacing their existing accounting or operations system.

Is RenoCue another contractor operations platform?

No. RenoCue is intentionally focused on the sales-closing journey: proposal, homeowner decision, agreement, signature, deposit, and change orders.

Does a homeowner need an account?

No. The contractor sends a secure link. The homeowner can review the proposal and complete the available decision steps without joining the contractor workspace.

Can RenoCue calculate my project price for me?

RenoCue organizes and calculates the pricing entered by the contractor. Starter templates contain no assumed prices, and AI assistance does not invent pricing.

How are card payments handled?

When Stripe is configured, payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout. RenoCue does not collect raw card details. Live payments remain disabled until the contractor completes provider setup.

Can my sales team use it?

Yes. Owners and admins can manage the shared workspace, while salesperson access follows role and project-assignment boundaries.
